"These paintings explore abstraction as something of a mystery about how we might cognize, or think about, things in themselves without our perceptual relationship to nature. Therefore this abstraction, with nature observed, and geometry as my source, aims to assert new realities in the minds eye of the viewer. I intend to find a visible metaphor for the allegedly unknowable, indescribable, in some ways, that ‘thing’ that lies behind observed phenomena in the world."

Tim ’s work has been exhibited in solo and group shows since 2003. Most recently he has been selected as a finalist in the 2007 Metro 5 Gallery Award Exhibition in Victoria. with a work from his most recent exhibition Arcadian Folly .
